Consultation & Preparation
Most dermal filler treatments use a local anaesthetic to ensure comfort, and many fillers include a numbing agent to reduce pain during the procedure. A topical numbing cream can be applied if necessary.

The Injection
Most patients experience only mild discomfort. Treatment typically takes 15 to 30 minutes depending on the areas being treated, and results are immediately visible.

Aftercare & Recovery
After your dermal filler treatment, you may notice mild redness, swelling, or bruising at the injection sites. These side effects are generally temporary and should subside within a few hours to a few days.

Ongoing Care
To promote faster healing, we recommend avoiding exposure to extreme heat (e.g., hot showers, saunas) for a few days after the procedure. Gently massaging the treated areas for the first 48 hours may also help optimize results.
While bruising is rare, it can occur in some cases. Although serious complications are extremely rare, your healthcare provider will discuss all potential risks, including infection or, in very rare instances, blindness.
